Vegetation recognition in agriculture

With the help of NDVI images (NDVI = normalized difference vegetation index) SYSWE offers you to determine the degree of coverage of your utilized farming area and in addition the vitality of the plants.

The NDVI algorithm, which is used at recordings from a multispectral camera of agriculture vegetation, distinguishes between pixels of chlorophyll-active plants, dead plants and soil. Active plant tissue absorbs the red spectral region (620 to 640 nm) and reflects the near infrared region (> 780 nm).

The entry of this method into farming guarantees a reduction of the environmental impact and costs due to an optimization of the use of resources. For example, expensive fertilizer can be used purposefully.

Fully automated and fast fertilization by multicopter use

In agriculture, fertilizers are considered a prerequisite for soil fertility and nutrient supply to the plant material. An optimal dosage of fertilizers plays an important role in preventing negative effects on soil, water and biodiversity.

SYSWE offers you to significantly increase the efficiency of the fertilization process with the benefits of the latest multicopter technology. Our powerful multicopter system allows the aircraft to carry up to 10 kg liquid payloads, including pesticides and fertilizers. The combination of speed and power means that an area of 4,000-6,000 m² can be covered in just 10 minutes, or 40 to 60 times faster than manual spraying operations. The intelligent spraying system automatically adjusts its spray according to the flying speed so that an even spray is always applied. This way, the amount of pesticide or fertilizer is precisely regulated to avoid pollution and economize operations.
